(This post has updates below, including breaking news of Nathan Wade’s resignation)

News media and courts-of-law are no match for molten-lava bullshit spewed by defendants trying to escape legal jeopardy.

That’s true with Casino Mobster and his myriad trials… but it’s even more valid here in Fulton County, where District Attorney Fani Willis is literally THE ONLY PROSECUTOR holding election terrorists accountable for their actions.

To review: Fani Willis is NOT THE PARTY ON-TRIAL HERE… The couple-dozen conspirators to overturn the 2020 election are. With that painfully obvious reminder out of the way, presiding Judge McAfee issued a ruling in the contrived-disqualification case which proves buttoned-up, fair-minded jurists are not going to save us from this multipronged attack.

(Writer’s note: voters are the only ones who will save us. The 2024 election is 234 days away.)

Fani Willis and her team can stay on the case, McAfee ruled, so long as either she or Nathan Wade step aside.

In very real terms, the ruling—however it came down—didn’t matter for the facts of the disqualification “case,” which was not a case at all. The objective Mike Roman set out to accomplish was already done: dirty up Fani Willis and her team so crims can delay, delay and delay so more until the ACTUAL case eventually collapses.

This is a media failure first, don’t forget, with the courts coming in second. These defendants, some of which were trained to poison the news bloodstream with nonsense, got everyone talking about their preferred topics. Desired outcome achieved, in other words, before the ruling even came down.

So even though the ruling is basically a “win” for Fani Willis and her team, the result doesn’t matter.

Losing is the new winning. ⚖️

UPDATE: Nathan Wade resigns from Georgia vs. Drumpf, effective immediately. See my tweet below and here’s the write-up on WSB. I’ll update this post as events warrant.
