‘Taint Team‘ was my proudest moment on Urban Dictionary… and it was all downhill from there. đ
My go-to joke outlet used to be Joke Blogger, but after Taint Team was named Word of the Day in 2018 I made the switch to focus on UD. (Also, JokeBlogger appears to have gone POOF from the interwebs, and my years of jokes along with it… sad.)
weather in D.C. will be in the teens this weekend which means @realDonaldTrump will want to date it. #jokes @JokeBlogger pic.twitter.com/fI6cmW83eY

Anyways, here are some newer-UD entries (feel free to peruse my catalog under my “Uncle Joosie” handle), and I’ll always have new entry-nibbles on the left sidebar.
Window Cancer
Long-running punchline about Russiaâtransnational-mob state and proven eliminator of non-conforming Communistsâwhose oligarchs become expendable after running afoul of Putin.
Shamble Bangs
Euphemism for utterly useless Chuck Todd and American media, writ large.
Flaking the Chain
I’ve been binging on “Below Deck” lately and feel like we needed a term for masturbating on a boat.
Punching the Ghost
With Ru Paul’s Drag Race returning for its 15th season, good time to reup Jorgeous’ signature-dance move.
Lest you think I make these up out of whole cloth (sometimes I do) here’s a clip from Drag Race where ghosts are punched but not harmed:

In 2001, Will earned his Masters from The Medill School of Journalism, graduating with highest honors from the magazine sequence. As permanent member of Journalismâs National Honors Society, heâs been active in monitoring, writing and blogging about media and journalism ever since he graduated.
Obsessed with good storytelling and journalistic excellence, Will uses snark, humor and reason to distill dumb shit and make it fun. Heâs a seeker/maker of non-consensus news, and helps you cure crankies by finding the nut in every story.
As for-profit media continues to fail us, itâs more important than ever to find reliable sources. Authentic storytelling existsâyou just have to look for it. On this blog youâll get ideas, not ideology. Sass with class. Reporting with rapport. Evidence with a touch of evil. You get the idea.
